Eneres is a brand that provides comprehensive energy services from specialised consultancy to the turnkey execution of each project, and support in operation and maintenance.
The Eneres consultancy area provides an exhaustive analysis and customised energy and management solutions that optimise the use of resources, maximise sustainability and improve it over time. And in the execution area, we have several formulas that adapt to the client's needs: direct execution, project management, integration of specialised execution teams... Always materialising each proposal under the highest quality standards.
Disciplinary integration guarantees that each phase of the project is in the hands of a team made up of professionals from different disciplines, specifically brought together for each project, and dedicated, from the initial approach and evaluation to the implementation and monitoring. Eneres offers this integrated approach because it ensures efficiency, savings, impact reduction, respect for the environment and social development.
Our building in Apolonio Morales Street in Madrid is a model building for energy efficiency in integral rehabilitation, with the highest LEED certification for its operation and maintenance model, obtained for a building in Spain and the first certification of its kind in Europe. It was also chosen by Green Business Certification (GBCI-Europe) in 2022 as one of the 8 most sustainable buildings in Europe. For more than 15 years it has been an instrument of promotion, research, study of efficiency models and development of training programmes in collaboration with various national and foreign universities.
This building was entirely conceived, executed, operated and maintained by Eneres.
Eneres is involved in urbanisation processes, new construction and rehabilitation, new residential developments, collective and single-family housing, energy optimisation in factories and industrial buildings, energy rehabilitation of public and administrative buildings, universities and buildings for education and teaching, including research centres and libraries. Its work in energy refurbishment of protected buildings is particularly significant.
Eneres' many clients include state, regional and local government, universities, private developers, construction companies, industrial companies, real estate development companies where efficiency components are being introduced in real estate investment products, among others.
Eneres is also an energy efficiency consultant for engineers, architects and construction companies in the project and execution phases.
Eneres is an expert in:
Eneres collaborates in postgraduate training in advanced fields of energy efficiency with several European universities: Universidad Politecnica de Madrid – UPM, Escuela Tecnica Superior de Edificacion – ETSEM, Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenieros de Minas y Energia – ETSIME, Universidad CEU San Pablo, Politecnico di Bari, Politecnico di Milano, and UNIL/EPFL of the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne.
In 2024, Eneres promoted the creation of a Research Group at the ETSEM, REHDES Applied Innovation Workshop on Hybrid Resources for Decarbonisation, Efficiency and Sustainability. Within REHDES, Eneres develops teaching activities, co-direction of Master and PhD works and consultancy and accompaniment to administrations and companies in the identification, characterisation, development and execution of projects in the field of recovery and application of low-grade thermal energy resources in buildings. The Researchers and associated researchers of the Research Group are authors of several Doctoral Theses and many publications on the areas of work of the group in the last 15 years and in the field of the execution of consultancy, projects and execution of works and installations have been responsible for actions of absolute reference in the European context.
REHDES is linked by a training collaboration agreement with the Politecnico di Bari with whom Eneres has been collaborating for a decade, and incorporates in 2025 students from the Politecnico di Milano, ETSIME, and CEU. The ‘applied innovation workshop’ implies an active participation of graduate students in their project teams and work on on-going projects. Eneres is currently co-directing 5 Master's theses and three PhD theses.
Eneres participates as a guest lecturer in the Master of the ETSEM and the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, ETSAM and for the last 7 years as an expert collaborator in the courses of Energy Geostructures Analysis and Design, which are taught annually at the UNIL of the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne EPFL, Switzerland. In collaboration with the Projects Area of the Universidade de Aveiro in Portugal, Eneres has developed four buildings with high bioclimatic, inertial, geothermal and hydrothermal efficiency
We have permanent collaboration agreements and technological partnerships with leading national and international manufacturers and installers in the sector, specialising in advanced management and control systems DESNER , geothermal and thermoactive systems SMART HOUSE , geothermal exchange systems - APGeotermia and ENERDRAPE , wastewater energy recovery systems -KASAG , low-temperature district networks, etc.
It also participates in forums and congresses on energy efficiency, geothermal energy, energy management and in specialised publications.
Eneres guarantees energy savings and emission reductions for all its projects through:
Eneres integrates teams, customised for each project, made up of technicians specialised in the fields of energy, management and control, construction and technical systems; to which are added the contribution of a specialised national and international network of consultants.
We use state-of-the-art methodologies and tools to study, model and simulate the behaviour of buildings and their environments, and have developed our own in-house analysis methods for a wide variety of situations, incorporating contemporary technological resources.
Eneres provides comprehensive services in Energy Efficiency in Building and Urban Planning.
Its services include all the necessary processes for rehabilitating existing buildings, building new ones and undertaking new urban developments.
Eneres manages to find the balance between minimum energy demand and maximum energy efficiency through:
Within its fields of action, Eneres adds and integrates specific experience in the use of:
Eneres' work extends to all types of interventions on buildings, from new construction to the rehabilitation of buildings with maximum heritage protection and allows us to guarantee:
We systematically resolve the efficiency of the buildings in which we work, with similar or lower costs than traditional inefficient alternatives, providing enormous savings in energy consumption and impacts on operation and maintenance costs throughout the life cycle of the building.
Eneres carries out its own R&D activities in devices for capturing energy from the environment and its application through low energy equipment and systems to efficient buildings. We focus on the important field of research and development that exists in these areas, aware that innovation is the basis for the development of our solutions.
Eneres is very active in forums and conferences on energy efficiency, geothermal resources and energy management; it has systematically incorporated postgraduate university students into its project teams through agreements with several Spanish and European universities, and regularly contributes to specialised scientific publications.
