The energy design of the building is a fundamental aspect to achieve the objectives of efficiency and sustainability, and in this sense, the integration of energy exchange and generation systems from renewable sources in the building has been considered very important. The building incorporates fluid pretreatment systems, energy recovery, trigeneration, solar utilization and geothermal exchange linked to thermal production with a geothermal heat pump and air conditioning with moderate temperature systems using chilled beams. In addition, a geometric composition that maximizes the use of outdoor conditions.
