Eneres invited to speak at Arc Skoru about the Apolonio Morales 29 project which has obtained LEED v4.1 O+M Existing Building Platinum certification.

ENERESwas invited by Arc Skoru to talk about Apolonio Molares' recently certified Apolonio Molares project with LEED Platinum. The comprehensive rehabilitation project of Apolonio Morales 29 was carried out by architects Luis de Pereda and Manolo Mallo in 2009. The Apolonio Morales Building is the first existing building in Europe for LEED 4.1 O + M Platinum Indoor Environmental Quality. The building's occupant, sustainability consulting firm ENERESSavills, Arc and arbnco collaborated to conduct ongoing verification of the project's indoor air quality and thermal comfort performance.
